The seminar, held on 6 to 8 October 2015, highlighted the efforts to develop a lasting culture of excellence as the core of an organisation. It also serves as a platform to discuss matters related to innovation, quality, integrity, creativity and the blue ocean strategy among civil servants and employees in the private sector.
