IPQ EXECUTIVE TRAINING: SERVICE QUALITY

17 August 2016(Wednesday). Competitive environment is the effect from globalization. The advancement of information technology today requires organizations to be more aware of the development of differential strategy in order to build a competitive brand.

The Service Quality executive training programme entitled Effective Approaches to Build Competitive Brand was conducted by the IPQ Deputy Director, Dr. Noor Hasmini binti Abd Ghani. She shared her experiences in this field. At the same time, she discusses the importance of Service Quality and the application to practice developing a competitive brand in an organization as well as how to fulfill the demands of the customers.

“I gained a lot of new input from this training. Understanding the underlying concept of service quality is important to carry out my responsibilities in my company, especially when dealing with the customers,” says En Azizuddin bin Anuar, Corporate Executive of Invest Kedah Berhad.

According to Puan Nurul Hamiza Hamzah, Maybank Student Residential Hall’s Senior Manager Assistant, “The delivery technique was interesting and the interaction between the speaker and participants was very good”.

A number of 22 participants from the government and private sectors attended the one-day programme held at TH Hotel & Convention Centre, Alor Setar.
